When I am at fairs, sometime people say they don’t like marmalade. I try not to judge them, but I do ask them to sample Scottish Red. So far, they like it in about 7/10 of cases. Pretty good odds I reckon! This was one of my original recipes and has always been popular. Made with orange, sugar, raspberry and whisky for a most delicious spread. I think it is the raspberry that people like - though maybe it’s the whisky that converts them!

Jazz up your afternoon tea, swapping your strawberry jam for Scottish Red, and your guests will be coming back for more!! When making Cranberry Sauce for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, stir a couple of tbsp of Scottish Red Marmalade in rather than adding the sugar and add a splash of Clementine juice - it’s delicious!!
