This marmalade is fantastic with Duck. Pan fry duck breast, while the meat is resting, drain the excess fat from the pan, deglaze the pan with a couple of tbsp water and a tbsp The Ginger Prince and stir to combine with the meat juices. Delicious!!

It would also make a great topping for a steamed pudding served with lashings of creamy custard.
