This is excellent for baking. Make a classic Victoria sponge, sandwich with Grandma’s Ruin and fresh whipped cream, top with a Lemon Drizzle - a stunning light cake and a refreshing option for summer tea parties.
It also makes a wonderful Grandma’s Ruin Martini - cocktail shaker, + ice + gin + Grandma’s Ruin. Shake & strain into a martini glass. Drink. Repeat. Fcuking delicious!
