Made using Old Bakery Gin and based on their perfect serve. A surprising sounding flavour combination perhaps, but it works!! The Old Bakery Gin is a wonderful London Dry gin based on an illicit recipe but is now absolutely legal - thank goodness too! Their perfect serve of gin, a slice of pink grapefruit and fresh basil inspired this marmalade and it has the potential to become a new classic. Delicious with a chunk of fresh bread and cold salted butter.

I put the gin in the marmalade, now you can put the marmalade in the gin! Tall glass + Marmalade + Old Bakery Gin + Basil Leaf. Muddle. Top up with soda water or tonic if you prefer. Old Bakery Gin recommend Merchants Heart spirit enhancers.
